How to contribute

Neurodesk is a community-driven project. We welcome contributions from people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds. Pick the path that fits you best.

NeurodeskEDU is our educational platform providing learning resources for neuroimaging analysis. It offers two complementary formats: tutorials (step-by-step guides with screenshots for GUI-based workflows) and examples (interactive Jupyter notebooks with executable code for scripting-focused learners). Resources span diffusion imaging, electrophysiology, functional imaging, structural imaging, and more.

We welcome community contributions of both formats:

We are committed to maintaining an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for all contributors. See our Code of Conduct.

Not sure where your idea fits, or want feedback before you start? Our discussion forum is the best place to ask. It runs on GitHub Discussions, and it is where we answer questions, collect feature requests, and talk through proposals with the community.
