Contribute to NeurodeskEDU

NeurodeskEDU is our educational platform providing learning resources for neuroimaging analysis. It offers two complementary formats: tutorials (step-by-step guides with screenshots for GUI-based workflows) and examples (interactive Jupyter notebooks with executable code for scripting-focused learners). Resources span diffusion imaging, electrophysiology, functional imaging, structural imaging, and more.

We welcome community contributions of both tutorials and example notebooks:

Submit a tutorial — write a step-by-step guide for a tool or workflow available in Neurodesk
Submit an example notebook — share a self-contained, reproducible Jupyter notebook
Browse existing resources for inspiration
Visit the NeurodeskEDU GitHub repo to see what’s there and open a pull request

Make it easier for others to use Neurodesk by sharing reproducible analysis pipelines or creating new workflows.
